1. Information we handle
Depending on how you use Nexora, we may handle account information, workspace and brand information, campaign briefs, Tweet/Article ideas, generated content, selected platforms, saved drafts, media references, usage events, and support messages. We do not need your social-media password to connect an official account.
When you connect an external platform, Nexora may receive OAuth tokens or account identifiers required for the connection. Tokens are intended to be stored server-side with protection appropriate to the integration. You should disconnect an account when you no longer want Nexora to use it.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the workspace, generate and adapt content, save drafts, search or reference media, operate approved connections, protect the service, measure reliability, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not represent that generated content is factually correct, legally cleared, or suitable for every audience without human review.
3. AI and external providers
Nexora uses server-side AI and media services to provide requested features. The product interface is designed not to expose the name of the underlying AI provider. Data sent to a provider is limited to what is needed for the requested operation, subject to the provider configuration and applicable terms. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless the service explicitly supports it and you have a lawful basis to do so.
4. Media and external accounts
Media search results may come from third-party libraries and providers. Nexora may display source links, attribution, or licensing information. You are responsible for reviewing the licence and platform rules before publishing. A connected social account remains controlled by its owner and the relevant platform.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls, user-scoped records, encrypted credential handling where supported, and operational logs intended to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ for drafts, logs, media references, and connected-account credentials.
6. Your choices
You may update account information, delete saved drafts where the feature permits, disconnect external accounts, or contact us about privacy questions. For privacy requests, email contact@globalnexpay.com. For general support, email contact@globalnexpay.com.
7. Children and prohibited data
Nexora is not intended for children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law. Do not use the service to process sensitive personal data, protected health information, payment-card data, or another person’s confidential information unless you have the necessary legal basis and safeguards.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the end of this page indicates the latest update. Before public launch, the temporary product-domain reference will be replaced with Nexora’s final domain and this policy will receive a formal legal review.
