Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited uses of Nexora by GlobalNexPay. It applies to the workspace, generated outputs, connected accounts, media workflows, exports, and any direct publishing feature that becomes available.

Product identity: Nexora by GlobalNexPay is a product of GlobalNexPay, operated by NEXPAY GLOBAL LLC. The final Nexora product domain is pending registration and will replace the temporary product-domain reference before public launch.

1. Prohibited activity

You may not use Nexora to break the law, violate a platform’s terms, evade an account restriction, impersonate a person or organisation, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or interfere with another user’s account or data.

You may not use the service for harassment, threats, targeted abuse, non-consensual intimate content, hate or dehumanising attacks, deceptive political or civic manipulation, spam campaigns, fake engagement, credential theft, or unauthorised bulk messaging.

2. Sensitive and regulated topics

AI outputs about health, finance, law, safety, employment, housing, or other high-impact topics require careful human review and appropriate professional oversight. Do not present generated text as a diagnosis, legal opinion, investment recommendation, guarantee, or official statement without qualified review.

3. Rights and permissions

You must have the rights and permissions needed for text, logos, photographs, videos, names, testimonials, personal data, and external accounts that you submit or connect. Media-source links and attribution information do not replace your responsibility to check the licence for the exact use.

4. Platform-respectful automation

Automation must use official APIs, approved OAuth scopes, and the limits of the destination platform. Do not use browser automation, purchased accounts, stolen tokens, or methods intended to bypass review or enforcement. A manual export is provided precisely so you can review and publish through the destination platform yourself.

5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, compromised credentials, or harmful output to contact@globalnexpay.com. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment-card data in a support email.

6. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, providers, and the service. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant operational records, revoke connected credentials, or require a review before restoring access.
